Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring different children each time with my membership?
No, when you sign up for a membership we will collect household information to keep on file. If you purchase a 3 child membership, you are only allowed to keep 3 children on file for your household. The same applies for 1 and 2 child memberships. We do make exceptions for babysitters and child care providers that purchase a membership for the children they watch.
Do members need reservations?
Reservations are not required for any guest, but are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. If you do not book a session and decide to walk-in, you may have to wait if we are at capacity, even if you are a member. Being a member does not allow you to skip a wait list. Please plan ahead and book your sessions online before arriving, to ensure you can play! We have never had to turn away a member, due to capacity limits. If it were to ever become an issue, we will actively pursue a solution, making Members our #1 priority.
I have a different caregiver for my children during the week, can they use our membership?
Yes! We will add any additional caregivers to your membership household, upon request. They will be permitted to bring your child/children that are listed as active members at anytime.
They may choose to bring other non-member children as well, but the standard $12 play admission will apply for each non-member child.
How do the guest passes work?
Bring a friend along! Guest passes allow you to share the joy of play with non-members. Each Membership includes one free guest pass each month your membership is active- that’s 12 guest passes for an annual membership! To book a reservation using a guest pass, use your unique certificate code you were given when you subscribed.
How do I make a reservation with a membership?
Please choose the “Open Play- Child” reservation option, select the correct quantity for the amount of children that will be attending and the correct day/time. Click “Redeem Coupon” at the bottom of the checkout page and use your unique certificate code you were given when you subscribed. Memberships will be checked at checkin, to ensure they are valid and up-to-date.
