Not exactly! During peak hours and seasons, we may reach capacity for our play area. We do limit the amount of children allowed to play at a time to ensure that we are providing a high quality play experience for all of our guests. If we are at capacity and you do not have a reservation, you may be asked to return at a different time/day.

Sunshine Play Café is designed for children ages 0-6, but we welcome children of all ages and abilities to enjoy our space. Many parents of older children are pleasantly surprised at how much their older children enjoy Sunshine Play Cafe. Our space allows children of all ages to unplug and have opportunities to interact and engage in imaginary and gross motor play with other children of varying ages. The older children still love this type of play, typically, when given the opportunity!

To maintain a clean and safe environment, outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of baby food and bottles. Our café offers a variety of delicious and healthy options for all ages! Need warm water for bottles? Just ask!

*Children and adults with special dietary restrictions may bring small amounts of outside foods in. It must not be something that we already have for purchase in the cafe.

We take cleanliness and safety very seriously. Our play areas are sanitized throughout the day, and we conduct deep cleaning after hours. We follow all local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for our guests.

Guests, adults and children, must be fever free and vomit free for 48 hours before visiting our facility. Any guest that appears visibly ill, will be asked to reschedule their visit to Sunshine Play Cafe. We want to ensure we are providing a clean and safe space for all guests.

Use your best judgment- if you or your child doesn’t feel well, please choose to stay home. We will always be here to play when your crew is feeling better!

We have two family friendly bathrooms at Sunshine Play Cafe. Both bathrooms are equipped with changing tables. If you need an essential item that you may have forgotten, such as diapers, wipes, cream, feminine products- ask one of our Sunshine Play Cafe Hosts and we’d be happy to provide you with what you need. We try to keep most essentials on hand for moments just like these, because we know parenting takes a village.

For the sanitation of our other guests, please do not change diapers in the open play space and cafe seating area.

Yes, we offer both monthly and annual memberships that provide unlimited play and other great benefits. We also have play pass packs, which offer play admission at a discounted rate and allows you flexibility to use whenever you want!

Absolutely! We strive to be an inclusive space for all children. If your child has specific needs, please contact us in advance so we can make any necessary accommodations.

Guests without children are welcome to purchase a cafe item to-go or shop our retail section for a gift. However, Sunshine Play Cafe is a safe space designated for children and their caretakers. Because of this, only guests with children can access the play space and patron our cafe seating during open play hours. We reserve the right to kindly ask anyone to leave.

We are a strict SOCKS ONLY play space for all that enter the play area. No bare feet, no shoes, no exceptions.

Many of our guests still play and explore by crawling and playing on the ground with their hands. This rule helps to maintain a safe and clean play space for all.

A shoe cubby is provided for the convenience of our guests.

Grippy socks are HIGHLY recommended for children.

If you forget socks, no worries! We will have plenty available for purchase.

Yes! We can create a custom membership purchase link, simply email sunshineplaycafeky@gmail.com or visit us in person to sign up for a membership.

The monthly membership for 3 children is $100, each additional child is $30 a month. The annual membership price for more than 3 kids is calculated by taking the monthly membership cost, multiplying by 12 and taking 10% off. So an annual membership for 4 kids is $1,404.
